Please check your measurements against the size chart to find your size. For women the sweatshirts we use will naturally be slightly oversized however if you want an exagerated oversized style we suggest you size up 1, or 2 sizes from your normal size. For men the sweatshirts should fit pretty true to size, however again if wanting an oversized fit we suggest sizing up 1 or 2 sizes from your normal go to size.
